UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

. Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs and behaviors.

. Develop personas, user scenarios, and journey maps to inform design decisions.

. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts.

. Collaborate with product owners and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.

. Conduct usability tests to evaluate design effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

. Lead design reviews and present design concepts to stakeholders.

. Maintain a design system that ensures consistency, accessibility, and efficiency in the development of bespoke enterprise applications and user experiences for the company.

Requirement

. Degree or Diploma in a related field.

. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

. Strong portfolio that illustrates strengths in UI and UX methodologies e.g. UX case studies, Hi-fidelity screens, prototypes.

. Experience in designing user-friendly web applications, scalable enterprise solutions, and mobile applications (iOS & Android) across various platforms.

. Experience in designing for 3D simulations and VR, AR, and MR environments.

. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar prototyping software.

. Exposure to Agile frameworks.
