UX/UI Designer Job Scope and Responsibilities

. Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring that user feedback is integrated into the design and development lifecycle.
. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design and FinTech.
Preferred Qualifications:
. Proven experience in UX/UI design for financial applications or related domains.
. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your process from concept to execution.
. Understanding of the financial industry and the specific challenges and opportunities.
. Experience with user research methodologies, including usability testing, user interviews, and persona development.
. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
