Job Duties Responsible for developing site maps and workflows, screen-level wireframes, create visual designs and prototypes and conduct usability testing such as Hallway Testing and A/B Testing.
Conduct end-to-end user testing. Plan, recruit and report using qual and quant (where possible) to provide high value insights into the customers needs and pain points.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to complete the user interface design development processes.
Minimum 1 year of scrum or agile experience in web and mobile application.
Proven record of the Product UX designs.
Experience establishing and analysing UX metrics.
Experience with end-to-end research projects; from defining goals and objectives, developing scripts or interview guides, conducting fieldwork, analysing results, and sharing insights with the Product team.
Good in any of the designing tools (Sketch, Invision, Principle, Framer, Flinto, Figma, Azure, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Web, Androi, IOS)
Familiar with agile development methodology and be able to collaborate with different stakeholders in the project to ensure the best user experience of the application.
