Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management from initiation through to implementation.
Develop and execute a detailed project plan, tracking milestones and reporting on progress.
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across geographies, ensuring successful delivery.
Oversee external vendors and manage internal resource allocation.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while managing risks.
Qualifications:
8+ years of project management experience with a Bachelors degree in IT or related fields.
PMP or equivalent certification; knowledge of both waterfall and agile methodologies (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
Proven experience with large-scale global projects, cross-geography teams, and corporate banking implementations.
Domain knowledge in Cash Payments, Virtual Payments (VAM), or Liquidity Payments is essential.
Experience in migrating legacy systems into new regional vendor products.
Strong presentation skills are essential for engaging with senior management and stakeholders.
Experience working in Banking/Finance, especially in the APAC region.
Ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels and deliver high-impact solutions.
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly for executive-level reporting.
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
Self-motivated, analytical, and a strong collaborator who can drive successful outcomes.
