Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Van Driver who will also assist in managing our third-party delivery riders/drivers for our ready-to-eat meal service. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy working in a team, and have experience in driving and supervision, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving Duties: Safely operate a delivery van, ensuring compliance with all Singapore traffic rules at all times.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Loading/Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate other delivery riders/drivers, ensuring efficient operations.
- Schedule Management: Plan and develop work schedules for the delivery team to optimise efficiency.
- Communication: Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 3 driving license with a good driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
- Familiarity with Singapore traffic rules and regulations.
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
