- Position Title: Van Sales Merchandiser
- Working Location: Islandwide
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm, Saturday half-day)
- Salary Package: Basic + Allowance + Commission + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a company van to various supermarket locations to sell and merchandise products.
- Ensure that products are displayed attractively and are well-stocked on shelves and in promotional displays.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and place orders to ensure product availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarket managers and staff to secure prime product placement and promotional opportunities.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify sales opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
- Execute in-store promotions and ensure promotional materials are correctly placed and maintained.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and merchandising activities. Provide reports to management as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

- O-level / Nitec equivalent.
- Prior driving experience is preferred.
- Possessed Class 3 driving license.
