We are seeking an experienced Veritas Data Insight Consultant to join our team. This role requires hands-on expertise in the sizing, deployment, implementation, and technical support of Veritas Data Insight solutions, with experience in Veritas Cluster Server (VCS) or InfoScale. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sizing and Design:Analyze client requirements and design scalable, effective solutions for data insight and governance using Veritas Data Insight.
Conduct proper sizing to ensure solutions meet current and future storage and data management needs.
- Deployment and Implementation:Lead the deployment and configuration of Veritas Data Insight solutions, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with client systems.
Implement and optimize Veritas Data Insight solutions for maximum effectiveness in data visibility, usage monitoring, and security compliance.
- Technical Support and Problem Resolution:Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and timely problem resolution for Veritas Data Insight and associated products.
Resolve client issues and escalate complex problems as necessary, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship and Collaboration:Serve as the primary technical liaison with clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships.
Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure project objectives are met and best practices are followed.
- Documentation and Reporting:Produce detailed documentation of technical processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
Prepare and present reports, project updates, and technical findings to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: 4-7 years of hands-on experience with Veritas Data Insight, including deployment, implementation, and support.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in Veritas Data Insight, Veritas Cluster Server (VCS), or InfoScale.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with data governance, storage management, and compliance best practices.
- Soft Skills:Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
Proven customer relationship management and client-facing experience.
