We are looking for a skilled Veritas InfoScale Senior Consultant to join our team. This role involves designing, deploying, implementing, and providing technical support for Veritas InfoScale solutions, requiring both hands-on experience and strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering quality customer service, a deep understanding of Veritas technologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Deployment:Architect and design high-availability and disaster recovery solutions using Veritas InfoScale to meet business continuity requirements.
Lead the deployment and configuration of InfoScale products across various environments.
- Implementation and Technical Support:Oversee end-to-end implementation of Veritas InfoScale solutions, ensuring seamless integration with clients existing infrastructure.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and proactive maintenance to optimize performance and reliability.
- Client and Team Collaboration:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, providing insights and contributing to a knowledge-sharing culture.
- Documentation and Presentation:Prepare detailed documentation, including design specifications, deployment plans, and user guides.
Deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, explaining technical solutions and project status updates.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: 4-7 years of hands-on experience with Veritas InfoScale (fromerly VCS), including design, deployment, and support.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of Veritas InfoScale and related technologies.
Proficiency in designing and implementing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Soft Skills:Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
Excellent customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
