Vessel Operations, Senior Executive

Our client, a Container shipping MNC, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Vessel Operations, Senior Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Arrange schedules and ensure that all relevant parties are informed in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively and promptly with the Vessel Master, agents, and other stakeholders to support smooth and efficient operations.
• Coordinate bunker arrangements with a primary focus on cost-efficiency by collaborating closely with relevant parties.
• Plan and schedule vessel repairs under favorable conditions to minimize costs and reduce downtime.
• Oversee vessel operations to ensure safe passage and optimize bunker usage.
• Monitor port conditions and make necessary schedule adjustments as needed.
• Manage all arrangements for new deliveries or re-deliveries in line with checklist requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor/Diploma in relevant field
• 13 years of experience in liner shipping operations.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Team-oriented with the capability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
