- Evaluate and facilitate the admission process for new patients.
- Provide support for anesthesia monitoring and recovery in emergency situations.
- Assist emergency veterinarians with the care and treatment of hospitalized patients, including those in the ICU.
- Oversee critical patients in the ward and ICU.
- Perform radiographic imaging.
- Restrain patients for exams and treatments.
- Prepare and discharge patients for surgeries, including postoperative bandaging and recovery.
- Communicate effectively with clients.
- Participate in inpatient rounds and engage in self-directed learning activities, such as attending continuing education lectures and reviewing relevant literature.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in veterinary technology/nursing relevant qualifications
- Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital setting is preferred.
