Veterinary Receptionist (Permanent Part-Time)

Landon Veterinary Specialists is a referral clinic established in 2012. We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our compassionate and tight knit team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting pets and their families
• Picking up phone calls and setting up appointments
• Receiving goods from suppliers
• Collecting payments
• Keeping the reception, consult rooms and surrounding areas clean
• Liaising between referring clinics and departments

This is a part-time position which includes weekend shifts.

Commitment for at least one-year is required.

About you

• Experience within the industry or a in a medical setting would be a bonus but not necessary
• Experience in a clinical setting is desirable
• Excellent phone manner
• Good spoken and written English
• Must be comfortable with handling small animals
