Job description

* customer service with pet owners

* administration : correspondence with suppliers , managing stock level of medical supplies

* Technology : managing IT and online platform

* Maintain best practices within the dispensary

* Daily operations of dispensary

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Veterinary Technology and above

Prior relevant experience and training (eg in the medical or veterinary field/customer service) is preferred, but not strictly required.

Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on client management

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Eye for details

Tech-savvy with an interest in leveraging technology for efficient service delivery.

Computer Literate Microsoft, Excel, Power point, Email
