Vice President (IT)

Job Responsibilties

• Oversee the IT Department in terms of leadership & growth whilst working closely with relevant senior managers
• Drive collaboration across the organization, both local & regional, to identify needs and develop scalable IT solutions for the company
• Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the leadership team.
• Deployment of data and research initiatives to drive cross-business corporate prioritization.
• Development and evaluation of IT projects in compliance of the comnpany's objectives
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to achieve mutual goals for the company.
• Form and lead internal teams, providing training and mentorship as and when needed.
• Directly and indirectly manage staff with the goal of enhancing professional development and personal growth.
• Manage relationships with key clients and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimally 8 years of experience in Information Technology sector
• Bachelors degree in business or relevant field
• At least 5 years in management position
• Able to speak fluent & write Mandarin to liaise well with the regional headquarters in China
