Manage and oversee the performance of the Account Management Business Development sub-team to ensure efficiency, quality of service and cost-effective management of resources;
Ensure that all team members are inducted properly, managed effectively, and developed to ensure career path within the team;
Mentor all team members to act as key account manager for Distribution channels of clients managing and cultivating existing relationship, ensuring regular communications, and feedback on client requests.
Continuously review current processes, identifying and implementing necessary enhancements and innovation;
Ensure consistency in all internal control practices and procedures;
Oversee performance monitoring and quality control of service delivery, ensuring that it meets client requirements and SLAs and meets all compliance and other requirements;
Communicate regularly with other managers of the Company, ensuring that they are fully informed of the client requirements and SLAs;
Oversee and manage external annual as well as periodic internal audits to ensure compliance to accounting practices and guidelines;
Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Distribution channels programs
Required Skills:
Relevant working experience in a managerial role in corporate healthcare industry
Experience in understanding how the corporate healthcare industry in Singapore works
Experience in medical claims handling and customer service, with particular emphasis placed on technical compliance, cost containment & service excellence
Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach senior-level staff to manage and develop high-performance teams and develop and implement company strategies
Commitment to quality programs and data-driven program evaluation
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent public speaking skills
Possess good people management skills
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Minimum degree educated with experience at managerial level
Minimum 8 years experience in corporate healthcare industry and/or managing claims, insurance specific functions is a plus
