As we continue to expand, we are looking to bring on a creative and dynamic Videographer to help elevate our brand's storytelling through compelling video content.
As a Videographer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that showcases our products in an engaging and informative way. This includes everything from conceptualizing and writing scripts, to setting up props, directing shoots, and editing videos. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop creative assets that resonate with our target audience and drive brand awareness and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scriptwriting & Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts that align with brand messaging and product goals.
Write compelling scripts for product demonstrations, tutorials, brand storytelling, and promotional content.
Create engaging narratives that connect emotionally with our customers and highlight key product features and benefits.
- Pre-production & Prop Setup: Plan and coordinate the logistics of each video shoot, including props, locations, and talent (if applicable).
Organize and prepare all necessary equipment, props, and product setups to ensure seamless shoots.
Design and manage any set details, ensuring the final product aligns with our brand aesthetic and style.
- Video Direction & Filming:Direct video shoots, ensuring high-quality visuals and smooth execution of planned scenes. Work with lighting, camera angles, and composition to achieve the desired aesthetic and product focus.
Manage on-set production, including coordinating talent, crew, and any other logistical elements.
- Post-production & Video Editing:Edit video footage to produce polished final content that's optimized for various platforms (eCommerce site, social media, YouTube, etc.).
Add graphics, music, voiceovers, and text overlays as needed to enhance the viewer experience.
Ensure videos are aligned with brand tone, style, and visual guidelines.
- Collaboration & Feedback:Work closely with the marketing and design teams to incorporate feedback and refine video content.
Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet brand standards.
Adapt to various formats, including short-form (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels) and long-form content (e.g., product tutorials, behind-the-scenes).
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a videographer, content creator, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in scriptwriting, directing, and video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and familiarity with motion graphics tools (Adobe After Effects or similar).
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and composition.
- Experience working with product-focused videos, particularly for eCommerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for personal care products and a keen understanding of the consumer's mindset in the beauty/wellness space is a plus.
