Profile
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience.
Proven experience as a lead on enterprise-level Salesforce CRM implementations and technology projects.
Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent Salesforce cloud certifications (e.g., Sales, Service Cloud).
Expertise in business process engineering, specifically in sales, marketing, and customer support functions.
Strong experience in project management, including SOWs (Statements of Work), contract management, risk management, and staffing.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to influence executive leadership and facilitate high-level discussions.
