Our client is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Executive to support the team in visual merchandising operations and administrative matters.

Visual Merchandising Operational Support:
- Handle project documents including the plan, budget, schedule, and scope statement.
- Follow up with third party vendors and service providers to ensure procurement and payment processes that includes raising purchase orders (POs) and submitting invoices, are completed promptly.
- Coordinate meetings for the visual merchandising team with the relevant departments
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for meetings and event plans.
Administrative:
- Provide administrative support to the Merchandising department that includes travel, logistics arrangements and coordination of meetings.
- Assist the Head of Merchandising in planning the department's budget.
- Ensure effective budget management by tracking expenses and process invoices related to merchandising plans.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with at least 2 years of working experience in the Retail industry
- Good proficiency in MS office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Pleasant, self-initiative, a team player & willing to learn
- Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas and procedures
- Organized meeting deadlines action oriented
