Main Responsibilities
Visual Merchandising- Execute In-store Visual Merchandising as per VM guidelines
- Planning: Monthly VM schedule based on store performance, MOS, Incentive programs, and Calendar events
- Create and Execute VM for all mtiers, and creatively create cross-VM opportunities
- For busy trading periods to maintain the general environment of the stores where necessary
- Support selection of products for window change
- Managing all PLV orders
Training- Provide training and standards guidance on Visual Merchandising to store staff on a regular basis.
- Responsible for training store staff on the correct use and maintenance of all VM tools .
- Guide Store Management on fixture and/or lighting needs.
Retail Events & In-Store Animations- Work with the Communications Team, Merchandising Team & Operations Teams to support visual merchandising initiatives, retail events, and in-store animations.
- Support store refurbishments and other VM-related Projects.
Reporting- Provide regular reports and in - store photographs to maintain ongoing, regular communication regarding visual merchandising progress, best practices, challenges, or other responses to strategic business needs.
- Regular VM reports, linking VM to performances/Sales and traffic.
- Submission of any VM reports or information as requested by the Region or Paris
Requirements & Capabilities - A bachelor's degree/diploma in visual merchandising, design or marketing with at least 5 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising function in the luxury fashion industry
- Working hours may vary depending on the needs- before/after hours and some weekends, especially during peak retail seasons
- Attention to detail is essential to the role . A strong creative instinct with the ability to express the style and values of the House is necessary.
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Office skills, presentation skills
