What the job involves
- Work closely with the Directors/ Managing Directors on covering the secondary advisory market across APAC
- Drive execution of deals and coordinating the process from beginning to end
- Prepare material for pitches, participate in client meetings, coordinate the evaluation and pricing of deals and proposing structures for the deals
- Coordinate the work of more junior members of the team to ensure delivery and outstanding quality
Who we are looking for
- Strong understanding and knowledge of private equity secondary advisory transaction process
- You should currently be a junior VP or a Senior Associate at a top bulge bracket investment bank in any of these teams: secondary advisory, M&A, or financial sponsors
- Deal driven personality and proven experience on deal execution
- Excellent communication, problem solving skills and ability to build long term relationships
- High level of professionalism, discretion and good judgement
- Ability to work within a small, cooperative team and liaise confidently with senior management
