VP Legal (Up to $17,000)

A SGX listed firm is looking for a VP of Legal to join their Singapore office.

Your new role

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for providing the overall leadership, direction and operations of the company's legal department. You be providing legal support , coordination and monitoring of the legal affairs of the company. Developing, reviewing, approving , executing and monitoring the overall strategic, tactical and operational planning for the legal role in Singapore. You will be managing th legal risks, advising the senior management and supporting the overall corporate governance of the company.

What you'll need to succeed

You will require a minimum of 10 years of legal experience in corporate law in a listed company. You have experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment with strong leadership and management skills. You are someone who is able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment, and has the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
