Job Description

Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, they manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight the business partners through the multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage & Monitor Platform financials, recoveries, work allocation in Gene. Drive operational open actions closure, budget, forecast planning cycles
  • Assistand guide PM to Initiate new project. Track and monitor actual spending of project budget (e.g. within pre-designated categories like Software, Hardware, PS, Travel, Expenses, etc; and according to the correct accounting treatment CAPEX/OPEX)
  • Forecast invoice processing based on work to be delivered (e.g. agreed payment milestones, project phasing) or persistent resources (e.g. monthly squad burndown)
  • Work across teams to accrue expenses for work delivered
  • Validate actuals against forecast, and carry out corrective actions if required to ensure proper financial discipline
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining all performance dashboards and prepare reports to on project team.
  • Analyse all data and project deliverables and ensure adherence to all timeframe and budget requirements.
  • Manage and recommend required improvements aligned with Agile principles
  • Perform required benefit analysis in collaboration with project team and maintain record of all project governance meetings
  • Maintain and manage vendor agreements, contracts, invoices, payments and recovery
  • Perform financial analysis on all budgets and prepare various reports for all budget forecast.
  • Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures to prepare all reports.
  • Collaborate with finance team to perform all associate activities and prepare appropriate summaries within required timeframe.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.10-15 years of experienceworking in financial related scope with strong knowledge of financial reporting.
  • A proventrack recordof successfully executing and setting up PMO using both Agile and traditional way of working in an enterprise environment
  • Excellent presentation, analytical and articulation skills. Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
  • Self-starter and extremely hands on in the management of projects
  • Proven leadership skills and evidence of collaboration with customers to develop strategies and solutions of high business value
  • Able to manage and work with internal stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Ability to apply general organizational knowledge of the business and systems processes in problem analysis isrequired.
  • Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously is required.
  • Must possess strong leadership skills and generate enthusiasm among stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with users to define concepts, under direction of program managers isrequired.
  • Ability to communicate difficult sensitive information tactfully is required. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, vendors and subject matter experts is required.
