Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline shared services operations
- Drive change management for finance system enhancements and processes across multiple locations
- Design and set up future operating and data model
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to understand system architecture, system integrations and data model
- Experience leading change management or process redesign initiatives an advantage
