Part-Time Accounting & Finance Manager
Location: Bendemeer Station
Salary: $3,000 - $5,000
Position: Permanent Placement ( Part Time )
Key Requirements:
- Ideal for current or former staff from Big 4 or candidates with audit firm experience.
- Commitment to staying in the role long-term no candidates looking for a quick transition to full-time roles.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day ( AM or PM based on preference).
Responsibilities:
- Maintain full accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Manage payroll, employee claims, and statutory contributions (CPF, IRAS).
- Ensure timely GST returns and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow forecasts.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Liaise with external auditors and provide financial performance analysis.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in SAP Business One and SAGE EasyPay preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills in English and strong references.
