Job Description

Job Scope:

Answering of phone calls.
Prepare monthly billing & cost.
Arrange for shipment and courier service through courier's online platform.
Handle cross border, issuance of receipts and liaison with Accounts for cash received from drivers.
Data entry of warehouse department cost into SAP system.
Issuance of Purchase Request forms.
Issuance of stationary to various departments.
General Admin / Filing documents.
Ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders and accuracy on shipments and stock (inbound/outbound).
Picking / Packing.
Inventory checks.
Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the Company.

Requirements:


Minimum GCE N or O Level with 1 -2 yrs experience in Warehouse Administrative role; or Possess minimum 2- 3 yrs experience in Warehouse Administrative role).
Proficient with Microsoft Office

Work Location: 8 Changi South Street 3, Singapore 486399

Working Hours: 8:30am to
  • 00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
