Warehouse Assistant ($2.5k, West, 5 Days - Rotating Morning & Afternoon Shift)

Salary: up to $2,500 Basic + Allowances (Shift, Meal & Transport) $300 + OT
Work Days: 5 Days (Weekly Rotation 7:15am to 4pm / 2:15pm to 11pm from Mon to Fri)
Work Location: Boon Lay

Work Terms: 1 Year Contract (Renewable / Convertible to Perm)

Duties:

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store and record goods in warehouse.
• Receive incoming goods, check for any damages, discrepancies between goods vs invoices.
• Pick order, pack, receive and dispatch outbound goods according to requests or delivery orders.
• Maintain up-to-date stock and inventory records.
• Perform other routine administrative activities such as updating SAP system transaction, inventory records, transfer, delivery and dispatch forms.

Requirements:

• Must have valid forklift licence
• Computer literate - Inventory and warehouse management (WMS)
• Sense of urgency and meticulous
• Able to work weekly rotating shifts
