Position Title: Warehouse Assistant
- Working Location: Kallang
Working Hours: 5 days (
- 00 am 6.00 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic $2,700 + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration: 2-Year Contract (Renewable)
Independently carry out standardized operations as per SOP and 6S standards, and guide the team to meet order deadlines and ensure timely deliveries.- Address issues in the delivery process, report unresolved problems promptly, and seek solutions to maintain order flow.
Ensure timely completion of all warehouse orders and deliveries, understand operational requirements, regularly summarise and categorize delivery data, including abnormal orders, and provide timely feedback.
- Follow up on maintenance orders, organize and file documents, manage inventory, and perform regular counts.
Optimize daily work systems, resolve abnormal issues, and enhance work efficiency.- Manage 6S on-site and assist the supervisor when needed.
NITEC or higher, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.- Minimum of 1-year experience in warehouse operations, proficient in office software, and familiar with warehouse entry and exit processes and basic computer operations.
Good teamwork and communication skills, strong integrity, attention to detail, strong professional ethics, good organizational and coordination abilities, initiative, and responsibility.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and willing to follow leadership directions.
