Perform physical and administrative tasks associated with general warehouse activities including receiving, labeling, weighing, put-away, retrieval, reconciliation, packing, unpacking, loading, and unloading of materials.
Verify materials against documents and systems and escalate discrepancies to superiors.
Ensure proper documentation of warehousing documents and ensure checklists and records are up to date.
Perform periodic cycle counting and annual stock-take activities.
Support production with ad hoc material requests.
Segregate expired materials and coordinate scrap/waste disposal requests.
Coordinate with internal and external parties on operations-related matters.
Practice good workplace safety and housekeeping, identify potential hazards, and recommend improvements.
Comply with company rules and regulations, and ISO requirements.
To maintain pest-free warehouse and workplace cleanliness.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess minimum GCE'N Level.
Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse experience.
Relevant experience in SAP, ASRS will be an added advantage.
Experience in operating reach truck or possess a forklift license.
Demonstrated ability to make value-added contributions in cross-functional teams.
