Warehouse Assistant
Salary: $1800 - 2200 [Gross up to $2.5K]
Monday- Friday 8.30am -5.15pm [Not much OT]
Location: Boon Lay
Job Descriptions:
- Perform day to day warehouse operations including Incoming receiving (local/oversea) and outgoing picking (local/oversea) & T-loan/ Goods return activity.
- To perform inventory movement update into WMS system (BC)
- To perform monthly cycle count and verify variances.
- To ensure house keeping standard is maintain in work area and apply safety concept on all physical work flow.
Incoming
- Perform incoming check for parts received, checking quantity and quality for both stock and project items.
- Ensure that information (Airway Bill No/PO/DO) is recorded in the record book for DHL/UPL
- Label all stock items with the correct labeling before placing them to the racks/bins.
- Perform GRN and ensure all documents are submitted to finance.
- Report any damage of items during receiving and report to the respective purchaser.
- Perform unstuffing of container and manage container detention period.
Outgoing
- Perform Sale order picking and provide packing weight and dimension for all export items.
- Update system after picking (reclassification/posting to staging/etc.)
- Record all serial numbers for posting at the BC and filing for ISO audit.
Others
- Perform monthly cycle count for all inventory & investigate any discrepancy and ensure that adjustment is done accordingly.
- Maintained T-Loan documents and check on the Goods Return items- clean up, pack them back and label it.
- Regular top up of empty location on the rack to maximize storage space usage
- Ensure that items without a storage location are placed within the allocated area
- Ensure that all movement of stock is update promptly into the WMS
- Adhoc tasks
Job Requirements:
- With 2 year's experience in warehouse processes
- Familiar with WMS system like Oracle, SAP, Microsoft
- Possess Forklift License is an advantage
