Job Description:
- Perform the assigned logistics works e.g. receiving goods, inspection, pick & pack, inventory control, etc, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures / Instruction given / etc.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties as required by Standard Operating Procedures /instruction/etc.
- Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location
- Maintain accurate records of stock that have been stocked and reported to Customer service/Superior if any stock re-location/cargo not found during picking.
- Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice/Packing list to the order and ensure all goods are in good condition when received. Marking on incoming documents if discrepancy /damage are found and report to Supervisor/Customer service immediately.
- Verify all outgoing shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice/Packing List to the order and ensure all goods are correct before release to transporter/driver/export container
- Manage and handle shipping, loading and unloading of goods
- To ensure all stocks are correctly captured/recorded in system
- Accurate on picking/packing, weight and cargo dimensions are correctly taken.
- To ensure smooth and efficient flow of all inbound and outbound shipment.
- To ensure cleanliness/housekeeping / tidiness of warehouse, warehouse equipment is kept in good order/conditions
- Always adhering to warehouse safety to avoid any personal injury / property damage
Job Requirement:
- GCE N Level certification and above
- 1 years of working experience or more in logistics industry required
- General knowledge on logistics
- Forklift License/Certification (if applicable)
- Attention to details - follows procedure accurately, carefully and completes report or other documents accurately
- Communication - able to express clearly, to listen and understand effectively (instruction & feedback)
Additional: Experience in coldroom settings/ environment will be a plus
