Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary

I. Assist in monthly cycle count and half yearly stock count

II. Loading and unloading, receive and tally with periodic inventory check of goods

III. Liaise with another department on transfer movements

IV. Other duties as and when assigned by Warehouse supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1) Ensure accurate entry of inwards and outwards stock movement from warehouse

2) Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items are in stock

3) Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security

4) Assist in monthly cycle count and half yearly stock count

5) Proper filing of documents for audit

6) Undertake any other duties assigned by superiors from time to time

Job Requirements

- N level equivalent or above

- Careful and with attention for details

- Good Team player

- Committed with strong sense of responsibility
