Warehouse Assistant - Immediate

Job Description

• Prepare essential documents required for deliveries
• Preparation and labeling of packaging for shipment
• Coordinates with transporter/forwarder/couriers for delivery
• Document and re-classified all returned goods
• Participate in unpacking and stock take event
• Organize stock within the warehouse by properly storing goods in designated location
• Picking of stocks for all shops
• Moving, unboxing, packing of stocks
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• At least 1-2 year of relevant working experience
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with people
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge in Warehouse Management System is an added advantage
• Physically strong as moving, unpacking and packing of stock is needed
• Has initiative and positive attitude to get things done
