WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

. Maintain / handling Stores and inventory.

. Conduct monthly stock check and update stock record

. Routine physical count and maintaining inventory tidiness.

. Arrange parts in designated storage area and according to customers requirement

. Inventory control including defining slow & Non-moving items

. Ensures proper labelling of new received materials/parts.

. Parts, material and packaging stock control

. Prepare shipment stock including loose packing preparation

. Issue and receive parts to sub-con and from sub-con

. Check and acknowledge sub-con or supplier DO during receiving

. Compare DO item and actual receive items and inform to purchaser or buyer if there are any discrepancy

. Monitor forklift performance and do simple preventive maintenance

. Upload and download cargo from lorry/truck/container

. Arrange schedule waste and scrap material

. Maintain store 5S

. Awareness of safe logistic operation

CORE SKILL

. Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

. Good safety knowledge when driving forklift and transferring cargo

JOB SPECIFICATIONS, JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

. Good in recording & documentation quantity

. Forklift driving licence

. Good working knowledge of MS office applications

. Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and TS 16949

Monday to Friday 8am to 5.25pm
