Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Accurately update warehouse operation data to warehouse management system
- Timely reply to customer inquiries
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure all schedules are met
- Perform and support weekly cycle counts, monthly or yearly inventory counts
- Properly file warehouse documents and equipment maintenance records, etc.
- Arrange daily pickup, packing, and shipping
- Perform other duties assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- Minimum N Level is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word, experience in WMS (preferred)
- At least 2 years of working experience in a warehouse environment
