Location: Ang Mo Kio (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange)
Salary Range: $2,500 - $3,200 (No OT Required)
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse assistants in the safe receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods
- Optimize warehouse productivity and identify areas for improvement
- Manage and prepare SAP systems for efficient workflow
- Monitor deliveries, ensuring FIFO systems are followed for raw materials and stock
- Prepare delivery orders, packing lists, and assist with incoming/outgoing cargo
- Maintain accurate records for warehouse inventory and materials
- Plan for future capacity requirements and ensure stock levels meet minimum requirements
- Support production with raw/packaging materials and raise purchase orders as needed
- Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts, providing detailed reports on raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
- Ensure compliance with GMP and ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 guidelines
- Supervise staff, assign schedules, and conduct refresher training on SOPs
- Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and security at all times
- Assist with internal and external audits and documentation processes
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management or Equivalent
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and SAP systems
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting
- Forklift license required
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform manual tasks
