Warehouse Assistant Supervisor - ZC

Job Details:
- Basic + AWS + VB
- Working days: Monday - Saturday (5.5 days)
- Working hours: 9am - 6pm (weekdays), 9am - 1pm (Saturdays)
- Location: Ang Mo Kio

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor warehouse assistants
• Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity
• Prepare and manage SAP system to optimize time management
• Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production
• Ensure all stocks are arranged and delivered based on FIFO system
• Handle and prepare for Delivery Order and Packing List
• Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo
• Maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications
• Planning for future capacity requirements
• Conduct physical monthly inventories cycle counts and audit
• Provide monthly inventory reports finished goods inventory list to be provided upon management request
• Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation
• Handle and manage GMP and ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 guidelines, policy and SOPs
• Conduct and provide refresher training for warehouse staff for cGMP and ISO SOPs
• Plan, supervise all warehouse staff and assign their work schedule and inventory.
