Job Responsibilities
- Manage team performance
- Monitor day-to-day activities
- Lead, develop and support team members growth
- Meet KPIs within agreed lead time
- Manage Inbound/Outbound/VAS activities based on customer's volume trend
- Provide customer service to customers, suppliers and transporters
- Adhere to policies according to company, health and safety
- Ensure facilities and resources are optimised and sufficient
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Preferrable to have prior experience in managing and leading a team of 60 - 80 workers
