Job Descriptions
- Identify current and potential product discrepancy and damages, develop and execute recovery
- Update the inventory status timely to ensure the timely supply of products can be fulfilled
- Support and lead inventory counts and audits to validate inventory record and ensure Inventory accuracy
- Support the process of order management, from receiving orders to timely and accurate delivery to customers
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse to manage stock availability and movement
- Posting of daily production and inventory transactions
- Generate count reports (daily) and analyze/send data and reports
- Coordinate with Purchasing for availability of raw materials
- Make improvements to inventory storage example by consolidating SKU in multiple location by arrange the materials and equipment in categories, or analysing data and moving to a more suitable location
- Prepare weekly/ monthly reports
- Work with team members on any issues
- Continuously assess and improve inventory check processes to enhance productivity and propose improvement plan, where applicable
- All other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with logistics/supply chain systems experience with a demonstrated track record in driving results
- Proficiency in Ms applications
- Able to work independently, multi-task, and respond quickly to challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Great team player
- Good inter-personal skills and communication skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills

Working Hours:
8.30 am - 17.30 pm, Monday to Friday
8.30 am - 12.30 pm, alternate Saturday
