Job duties:
. Accept and carry out responsibilities in accordance with the company compliance, health, and safety policies.
. Managing and ensuring the fulfillment of Inbound/Outbound/VAS activities based on customer's volume trend, sales campaigns/activities to ensure a well-functioning supply chain to local stores
. Monitoring of volume/activities ensuring facilities and resources are optimized and sufficient to support a consistent and flow-functioning distribution centre.
. Close monitoring on day-to-day activities and implementation of proactive measures to raise KPI targets
. Manage team performance and workload to ensure effective and efficient service delivery by the operations team.
. Keeping close contact with and customers, transporter, and suppliers to ensure good service levels, productivity, and optimal customer service
. Ensuring operational plans and forecast are executed promptly.
. Decision making based on analytical data.
. Responsible for meeting KPIs within the agreed lead time.
. Lead, develop and support team members growth and performance by through continuous improvement (Training/Materials) and setting qualities targets.
. Undertake any other activities as directed by immediate superiors.
Requirement:
. Minimum Diploma in logistics or Supply Chain Management or a related field
. Experience in managing and leading a team of 60 - 80 workers
. Strong leadership skills -Ability to delegate work, follow up on the results and provide constructive, straightforward feedback
. In-depth knowledge of key principles in operations.
. A hands-on person with min. 2 years of supervisory experience and people management
. Able to ideate and drive projects in fast-paced environment
