Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound deliveries within the warehouse and data center environment.
Conduct routine inventory audits to ensure warehouse stock levels align with control requirements.
Manage the movement and organization of equipment and materials using pallet jacks or other assisted lifting tools.
Operate within a ticket-based system to manage and prioritize warehouse and logistics tasks.
Oversee the secure handling and disposal of materials, including data-bearing devices (e.g., hard drives, solid-state drives), according to standard procedures.
Perform material movement and tracking activities, including shipping, receiving, and managing inventory across the warehouse.
Carry out shift-based tasks such as managing ticket queues, resolving escalations, and clearing issues to enable efficient logistics and inventory activities in line with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, IT, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Inventory Management, for Data Centers.
