Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

. Supervise the warehouse team and daily workflow to ensure accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

. Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and maintain a safe, organized environment.

. Monitor stock levels and conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

. Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and communication.

. Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of warehouse equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:

. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

. Proven ability to manage and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.

. In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
