Warehouse Manager

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS ( CORE RESPONSIBILITIES WITH ASSOCIATED JOB TASKS)

1. CORE RESPONSIBILITY

a. Job Task: Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and 3PL operations.

b. Job Task:Implementing operational policies and procedures and overseeing security operations.

c. Job Task:Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.

d. Job Task:Improves staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees and ensuring the safety of staff.

2. CORE RESPONSIBILITY

a. Job Task:Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.

b. Job Task:Responsible for inventory accuracy and conduct cycle count and lead stock take activity.

c. Job Task:Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.

3. CORE RESPONSIBILITY

a. Job Task: Overseeing local delivery to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner.

b. Job Task:Responsible to investigate delivery error / complaint with corrective action.

c. Job Task: Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

. Working with EHS officer in enforcing safety standards and procedures and promoting safe work environment.

• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Managing daily general and hazardous waste disposal and declaration.
• Preparing and adhering to company's operations budget.
• Recruiting, training, and developing the competencies of the warehouse staff

EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:

a. Required/:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in SC Management/ BA/ Logistic/Transportation or equivalent

2. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

a. Required/:At least 5 year(s) of warehouse management experience is required for this position. Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
