Job Description:

Oversee all warehouse activities, including the receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods.
Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and suppliers.
Monitor inventory levels and implement appropriate strategies to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Trains and supervises warehouse employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy.
Maintain a safe working environment and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
Utilize warehouse management systems (MILLION) and other technology tools to track and monitor inventory levels, orders, and shipments.
Work with other departments, such as Sales and Customer Service, to resolve any issues related to order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare reports and provide data to management regarding warehouse activities and performance.

JobRequirements:

High school diploma or equivalent bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or related field preferred.
Extensive experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar position with at least 1 year of Warehouse Operations experience.
Excellent leadership and people skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Know health and safety regulations and are committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
Physical strength and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
Familiar with the routes in singapore and adept at planning delivery routes for drivers is a significant advantage
