Responsibilities
- Oversee the establishment of a new program from the ground up.
Hire and onboard staff during the setup and go-live phases.- Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring that KPIs are consistently met.
Collaborate with the project team, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Manage the account and lead the program to achieve company objectives.
Interface and engage with customers on operational, project, and commercial matters.- Maintain and enhance customer relationships to ensure mutual benefit and sustainability.
Oversee overall cost management to ensure the profitability of the program.
- Address and resolve escalations promptly to maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure program inventory accuracy and integrity.- Enforce strict adherence to quality and safety policies.
Manage team dynamics and foster a positive working culture.
- Oversee and develop downstream leaders to ensure succession planning and staff development.
Assist the site manager with other issues as required.
Requirement- Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial position
Qualification in warehouse operations
- Result oriented, analytical
* Proficient in creating operations dashboards (eg. Power BI Tableau)
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills
