Warehouse Operations Manager (MNC 3PL)

Our client is a Global Logistics and Transportation company and provides a range of services including air and ocean freight, land transport, and contract logistics.

Job Summary:

• MNC 3PL Environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieves warehouse operational goals by recruiting, selecting, training, and mentoring employees
• Supervises daily warehouse activities, focusing on optimizing efficiency and reducing staff overtime
• Ensures safe and effective operations through the implementation of policies and procedures
• Analyzes logistics data to improve productivity and support loss prevention efforts
• Establishes and monitors security procedures within the warehouse
• Oversees distribution, warehousing, and shipping functions
• Supports warehouse operations by forecasting needs, managing budgets, and scheduling expenditures
• Enhances warehouse systems by defining product handling and storage requirements
• Manages stock control, inventory management, and motivates team members for operational success
• Plans warehouse layout, product flow, and handling systems to improve facility design
• Streamlines warehouse processes by analyzing workflow and implementing improvements
• Contributes to warehouse objectives by making recommendations and adhering to policies

Job Requirement(s):

• Degree in Logistics Operations or Supply Chain Management
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in established MNC 3PL companies
• Managing a minimum of 50 staffs
• Budgeting and forecast experience are required
