Warehouse supervisor

Job Descriptions:

. Ensure goods are received, stored and issued in good condition.

. Perform day-to-day Store Activities including Receiving, Storing, Issuing and Shipping.

. Inventory Control of Raw Materials, Finished Goods, Packaging / Production consumables and Reject Materials.

. Requisition of packaging and production consumables.

. Housekeeping of the driveway and backyard.

. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse at all times.

. Generate necessary reports on a monthly basis.

. Identify, alert and correspond with relevant parties on shipping discrepancies by the next working day from delivery.

. Liaise with purchaser with regard to packing materials, wooden case and pallet order.

. Liaise with external maintenance personnel with regard to forklift servicing and repair.

. Liaise with 3rd party logistics on delivery/receiving issue.

. Liaise with logistics department with regards to raw material & FG order.

Requirements:

. Minimum 2-3 years warehouse supervisory experience

. Valid forklift license or willing to undergo training to operate forklift

. Required to operate forklift and lift truck

. Physically fit and withstand working in non-aircon warehouse environment
