Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

. Oversee daily warehouse and 3PL warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

. Supervise all incoming shipments.

. Verifying incoming and outgoing stock to ensure the accuracy of transactions.

. Assist in scheduling and ensuring timely and accurate order processing and deliveries for optimal flow of goods in the warehouse.

. Perform daily administrative tasks including processing paperwork for shipping and receiving.

. Analyse logistics data and prepare trending reports.

. Manage inventory utilization and stock counts, and implement corrective actions to resolve discrepancies.

. Lead, supervise, guide, and coach warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

. Proactively identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to improve workflow to enhance workflow, and productivity and reduce lead time.

. Coordinate warehouse maintenance, improvement, and repair needs.

. Ensure proper housekeeping, regulatory compliance, and workplace safety.

Requirements:

. 3 years of related experience with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

. Working experience with 3PL partners or in a 3PL company will be advantages.

. Possess a good understanding of the inventory control concept

. Meticulous and ability to follow through with tasks promptly.

. Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly in a fast-paced setting.

. Experience in SAP and ASRS will be an added advantage.

. Candidate with a forklift license is preferred.
