Supervise warehouse specialists in daily warehouse operations such as receiving, putaway, picking, packing, kitting, etc.
- Organize and maintain discipline in standard operational processes.
Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with department supervisors to continuously improve fulfilment accuracy.- Identify areas of improvement and implement process changes and work practices in partnership with technology team.
Conduct regular staff meeting with team leaders and ground staff as part of communications matrix.
- Confer and coordinate daily activities, optimize manpower resources with other supervisors.
Work independently with minimal supervision and with a sense of urgency.- Establish and monitor warehouse security procedures and protocols.
Min Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant fields- Forklift license and reach truck experience is an advantage.
Excellent leadership qualities, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable with technology and digital devices.
Working schedule: Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturday (
- 5 days work week).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
