In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development of our back-office system capabilities to support our Wealth Management business. You will also act as a project manager to coordinate this system enhancement initiative across the different departments involved in its implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Gather system requirements from the relevant stakeholders.
- Work with the relevant stakeholders to implement the system developments as well as conduct end-to-end testing of the system.
- Establish the relevant SOPs and ensure operational readiness.
- Review system's functionality with the Product, Operations and Compliance teams.
- Prepare client data structure for integration, either by transforming the existing data or storing the relevant client data in a compatible format.
- Gather the coverage and booking model of the SG CorpAct Module for analysis.
- Create standard document templates, including statements and confirmations.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- 5 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management operations, especially experience in implementation and UAT of a new system.
- Familiarity with Wealth Management business and the relevant products.
- Bachelor's degree in Banking/ Finance/ Business Management or related fields.
- Ability to speak/read Chinese to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients and review relevant documents in Chinese.
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
