Duties & Responsibilities
- Read manual / lesson plan for the respective weapon
- Prepare the classroom
- Deliver the lesson
- Organise and Supervise auxiliary trainers in the conduct of hands-on training
- Conduct of AAR and summarise the lesson
Skills & Experience
- Ex-Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) personnel.
- Must hold a minimum rank of Master Sergeant or higher
- Versed in SAF Authorised Operating Materials (AOMs) and Army Safety Management.
- Possess good communication skills.
