Lead in the delivery of quality web projects within costs and schedule
Fully accountable for the quality, on-time & customer satisfaction of delivery projects
Manage and plan the resources needed from user requirement, development of functional specification, testing and user training
Work with the technical team (web designers, web developers, SEO specialist & managers) and sales teams to ensure that the requirement gathered is realistic and implementable
Provide project reporting to customers and internal stakeholders.
Handles clients enquiries and problem solving.
Job Requirements:
Knowledgeable in Content Management System (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, Magento or other CMS will be a plus
Resourceful in getting things done in the most efficient manner
Has prior project management experience in developing of websites
Building relationships with customers and vendors and working cross- functionally within a regional team
Enjoy working with people across various environments, in particular a customer-facing, commercial environment
Customer-oriented, goal-driven and always looking at opportunities for improvement
Sense of urgency, work to tight deadlines
Getting things done in the most efficient manner
Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities simultaneously
